today was ord.i can't believe it, it's over.
but actually, i think the fact hasn't really hit yet.
We've spent 4 years as a platoon.
In sec1, i am pretty sure many of us detested ncc and couldn't wait to get out of it. with mr chia making us run to the trees every single time (i wonder how much that tree has grown). all we would ever think of was getting by each training. who would known that we would've grown so attached.
speaking of trees. mr chia's speech totally sounded like all the PartDs died. He went like, "today's the day where we HONOUR the part Ds and look back at all they've done" then we're like!!!!! then he started talking about the trees that he made us run to. i almost started laughing gosh. fond memories i suppose.
Part Cs were so sweet (:
and thankyou part As for the resounding i love you ps and aps ahhaha :D
don't cry (:
we'll miss all of you, more than you all think.
make us proud.
PART Cs it's all up to you now :D
i'll remember the days we had to run up and down for change parades. and deciding to change in class for convenience and ended up having PEOPLE *ahem* rush into class.
the days we were so apprehensive about going to hq for fear of what people would think of us. the days we had to answer mr chia's rhetorical questions about whether running was tiring and whether we were thirsty.
the days we stood around in a semi circle trying to make our legs 90degrees.
the day of our affirmation ceremony where we all looked like idiots cos we wore oversized blouses and skirts that went down to our shins.
the days we spent worrying about our annual camp proposals.
the days we went all over singapore for the various courses. and the funny stuff that happened then.
the days we spent freaking out over specs course. the time spent doing mutual boards.
the days where things don't go as planned. but somehow we make it work in the end.
the days we celebrated our success as a unit, as a platoon.
(i'll add more when i remember my brain is kind of dead now)
and now, comes the day we say goodbye to all of this.
we may not be a platoon officially anymore, but these memories, they'll never fade.
thank you, for everything.

(combined)
just re-watched our part A video :/
we've really come so far. and i don't know how to feel.
i guess we would all remember bunk inspection most vividly AHAH. they were all so sadistic laaa )): ohwell. we all ran around like mad women trying to clear up the mess and all. but at the end of the day, i suppose it was all for our own good (:
and we all looked so toot last time OMG hahahaha.
thank you all the seniors who came down to help us out even though you all really didn't have to. thanks so much for making us who we are today. thank you for bringing us to greater heights (whether you had ulterior motives or not. actually, till now i still can't believe it. but it doesn't matter. and fyi, we know we're better than that.)
