HUIYI'S BACK FROM CAMP!

OKAY i shall take the time now to try and recall everything.

the day before the camp i stayed up super late to revise my obstacle course and prepared my briefing and all my materials. read my manual and fell asleep when talking to mir. SORRY really it wasn't cos of what you were talking about but i was REALLY REALLY TIRED. SORRRYYY.

but went to school the next day and found ALOT OF PROBLEMS with my TELEMATCH. UGH. thank you kristie and mir for helping me solve the problems (: and i was seriously freakin out before camp. first on the list just had to be BUNK INSPECTION and yeah. went to mini amphi together, and saw the CDOs there already. ALL OF US WERE LIKE OHMYGOSH WHY'RE THEY SO EARLY!
but anyway admin stuff and then nightmare. but it wasn't as bad as expected la, in comparison to OUR part a camp i mean. we brought DAMN ALOT OF WET WIPES but SURPRISINGLY OR RATHER SHOCKINGLY, it totally wasn't enough! and being the SUPER BRAVE ME, i crawled under the teacher's table to clean the wires and trust me, it was damn gross. I EVEN CLEARED A SPIDER WEB NEAR THE SOCKETs. YES YES I HEAR THE APPLAUSE THANK YOU EVERYBODY : DDD

mygosh i so agree with this part laaa. it was super shocking. i swear i jumped. then cos i was standing at the back i saw alot of people jump and honestly i wanted to laugh but since the atmosphere was so solemn and i AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE SITUATIONAL AWARENESS, i controlled.

but then anyway due to lack of time, bunk inspection was stopped halfway (ahem, it was TO BE CONTINUED). we went to prepare for outdoor cooking. RAN to ncc air room and went to the canteen put stuff down went to find bricks. found bricks behind D&T room. the bricks were super dirty and gross and i bet there were lots of stuff crawling on it and it was black but i couldn't care more, i just carried two and walked back to the canteen. it was SUPER HEAVY. the bricks scratched my PRETTY hands like crazy ):
outdoor cooking was really messy-it's okay mir (: but yeah, the fire was super big and then being the only PART C in the group i had to light the solid fuel. but jas helped me light the first ones (: then i had to 'continue' the fire so i took the solid fuel and yeah. then the part a kept saying "BE CAREFUL. AHHH. BE CAREFUL" then i was like thinking, yeah okay thanks for your concern. and it totally didn't help that bball was having their bbq laaa. POOH :O

after that bunk inspection continued but i'm lazy to blog. bathing felt SUPER GOOD. ohmygosh. ohoh. then it so happened that in my cubicle, somebody cut the picture of a girl's face and stuck it on the door. and i felt so disturbed cos it seemed like she was staring at me so then i asked arasi to help me PLUCK it off. HEHE. then whoosh, the water felt super good : D

lights out at 1030. but i ended up sleeping at 11plus i think, was totally freaked by the telematch and mutuals the next day. ohoh then me and mir thought it was raining, then i was like OHOH I CAN COLLECT MY RAINWATER NOWW. but of course i didn't.
throughout the night, i kept 'hearing' rain then i was super scared cos my wet weather plan was kinda screwed. but yeah. woke up at 430 with a throbbing headache and it was apparently still raining. then iw as like SHIT. i walked to the door and peered out. and it was NOT RAINING. IT WAS THE STUPID FAN THAT WAS MAKING THE NOISE AND IT HAD CHEATED ME FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT AND DENIED ME A OF GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP. OHSHEESH.

didn't do much for PT cos i had to prepare for my telematch. then we were super freaked cos arasi lost the bunk key and all our stuff were inside. but we found it in the end : D
breakfast was good except there wasn't peanut butter ):

then it was telematch time. apparently i gave too much time for the stations but hehe. SORRY LAAA I UNDERESTIMATED THEM :O but amanda's station was super funny. i had to walk around to check on all the stations then when i walked to amanda's station, i saw amanda,arasi and sir benedict holding the mops, waiting to clean the floor. HEHE.
the other stations were quite funny also. like the leopard crawl. at the end of each group's playing time, the chairs will be all over the place. hoho how destructive can they get!
i obviously gave too much time for them to climb over the wall. HEHE.
mdm feline and louisa had to leave early. awww.
but anyway i loved the last station : D
they were supposed to snatch the post-its from the opposing team and then the group with the most postits snatched wins. and the worst happened. THE POSTITS COULDN'T STICK TO THEIR SHIRTS. hence, i adopted tiffy's idea of putting it in the pants, like umm leave some parts sticking out. and then,
tiffy: PART As and Bs, please PLEASE make sure you all don't pull down the pants of the person when you all are snatching the post-its.
part As and Bs: *LAUGHS*
sir benedict: don't laugh. seriously, don't pull down the pants okay.
and tiffy's so sadistic, she was SO AMUSED and looking forward to them playing the game laaa. but yeah okay.

and then with one nightmare gone, the next came. MUTUALS. but yeah, sir benedict was quite nice la hor, he gave us more time to prepare. there were some funny things during the mutuals, and i let out a few giggles but quickly controlled myself : D TEEHEE. i was 9th to go. it stopped at 7th cos it was lunch. mir was 8th. HOHO.
after lunch, mutuals continued but we were given time to DIGEST. and then yeah continued. then soon it was over, i totally screwed up mine but whatever la hor. after mutuals, we had nothing to do so we all sat down at the sheltered walkway admiring the scenery, if there was any.

went to mini amphi cos the grass smell was too strong for us to stand. turns out part As were playing charade there. then EEWEN saboed me to play laa. then she was forced to play too. HIYAHIYAHHIYAH. HAI REN HAI ZI. NYEHNYEH. but anyway i bet i looked real stupid :/ but i won eewen : D

afternoon tea.

drills. we were quite good eh (: HEHE. i'm so proud of us! but my feet were burning la, super painful.

then time for area cleaning, changed into no4.
and then history repeated itself, just different person.
while we were changing in the classrooms, benedict opened the door. went OHSHIT and closed it. (:O SEE NO EVIL MANS!) in sec1, during camp also, when we were changing, scott opened the door, didn't close it right away, but instead decided to tell us "girls, you all should change in the toilet......" before he was willing to close the door. (rephrase from amanda's blog)

then yeah area cleaning and debrief. we were supposed to say one good thing and one bad thing about camp.

good point: i realised our drills, as in the PartCs weren't that bad after all. *PartCs laugh and stare at me* oops, i'm sorry. i meant like yeah. heh. (i meant it like, cos esp this year we didn't have alot of time to practise together-this makes me rmbr something, wait shall say later)
bad point: my telematch. my planning wasn't very good, blah blah blah. i don't know WHY tiffy was beaming at me so widely when i said that but OKAY I GET THE HINT. SHEESH.
OKAY ANYWAY THE THING THAT I REMEMBERED. during our part A camp, we were doing drills. then after that i think we were doing hentak kaki-ing and doing the cheer or marching or something, then sir scott said "very good, you all are improving" then i accidentally smiled. then he said "girls, when i praise you all, don't smile" then i was like OHSHIT, and i was super duper embarrassed. BUT OHWELLS.
but anyways during debrief, mr chia announced the people going for specs. we all think some people didn't deserve to go but i guess there's nothing much we can do. harsh and unfair, but it's reality.
i'm really sorry i wasn't there for you.
but i really didn't know what to say.
i'm not good at these things and i might just make it worse.
okay maybe i'm thinking too highly of myself. but yeah anyway

reached home, unpacked, BATHED (: and konked out at 9plus. woke up at 730 and watched bring it on though. then i kept falling asleep on the sofa and my mum scoled me. but WTV LA. okay i shall blog again later if i feel like it. this post is like super long and i'm feeling super auntie now but whatever me. okay i'm done.

OHYES i forgot to add, i think our juniors are super prone to injuries. hehe.
