i'm getting real bored and waiting for the time for chalet so i started reading through my blog and realised that i didn't mention anything about my newly invented word-or rather our(miranda jiaying and me) word.
FRIQUE-a group of CLOSE friends who are NOT a clique
yeahh. such an interesting word.-i must say : D
okay i shall just copy off from miranda's blog.
A clique is a group of friends who are always together, and are obligated to stick with each other. According to dictionary.com, a clique is
1)a small, exclusive group of people; coterie; set.
2)a group of people who are friendly with each other but exclude others Example: the golf-club clique
3)to make noise, resound
ohmann. i think we're more of number 2 and even though I HATE to agree, we're A LITTLE of number3 too. HEH. whatever la.
anyway, yeahh, the word was invented after MUCH THOUGHT. and it was all thanks to me : D for raising that freakin issue which has been on my mind for i dont know how long. but yeah. YAY. but it's quite useless to raise the issue and INVENT the word now. because guess what, SCHOOL'S ENDED. LALALA.
but we shall be FRIQUES ALL THE WAY : D
